Returns and exchanges

Returns within 14 days, unopened

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days with your receipt or order code. Opened liquids — monomer, primers, activators, polish remover — cannot be returned once the seal is broken, for safety and hygiene reasons. Faulty equipment is replaced or refunded whatever its age. Ask at the counter and we will sort it out.

How ordering works

An order placed here is a request, not a completed sale. Prices shown are the store's shelf prices, and shipping shown is an estimate. The store confirms your final total — including real shipping and any tax — before you pay. Nothing is charged automatically and no sale is final until you have agreed that total and paid it.

Shipping

Shipped orders are shipment contracts. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the store hands the parcel to the carrier. The store will help you chase a lost or damaged parcel with the carrier, and keeps the tracking to do it.

Some products cannot legally be posted. Monomer, primers, activators, thinners and polish remover are flammable liquids, so they are collection-only at the counter. The checkout will tell you before you get that far.

Paying

The store takes payment by Zelle, or by card in person at the counter. It does not ask for card numbers by email, text or telephone, and this website has nowhere to enter one. Anyone asking you for card details in this store's name is not this store.

Privacy

What this site collects:

Your name, phone number and email address, when you send an order or ask to hear when something is back in stock.
Your delivery address, only when you choose shipping.
Your salon name, if you choose to give it.
What you put in your bag, which is stored in your own browser and is not sent anywhere until you send an order.

Who it goes to:

Netlify, which hosts this site and receives your order so the store can read it.
The carrier that delivers your parcel, which receives your name and address.
Nobody else. The store does not sell your information and does not share it for advertising.

What it never collects:

Card numbers. There is nowhere on this site to enter one and the store never asks for one remotely.
Any tracking or advertising cookies. This site sets no analytics cookie and no third-party tracker.

This site does not track you across other websites, so a Do Not Track signal changes nothing about how it behaves.
